La Fontaine Boutique Hotel

La Fontaine, part of The Oyster Collection, occupies two heritage properties from 1895 and 1926 that were once a girls' boarding school, in a leafy part of Franschhoek village. It has 17 suites, gardens with wisteria pergolas, two pools and mountain views, and is within walking distance of the galleries and restaurants.
